KFC is bringing something special this weekend with an exciting new KFC pop-up restaurant in Sydney. Named The Colonel’s Spice House, this limited-time event will run on Saturday, October 5, and Sunday, October 6, at Spice Alley. It’s a unique celebration marking the return of KFC’s popular Hot & Spicy range after two years.
But that’s not all—visitors will also get the chance to taste new, never-before-seen items that won’t even be available in regular KFC stores!

Special Menu Highlights
KFC has teamed up with TikTok sensation and chef Vincent Yeow Lim, also known as Dimsimlim, to create a menu packed with exciting flavours. Guests can look forward to mouth-watering Hot & Spicy Drumsticks and Mixed Pieces, paired with a selection of six different sauces, including the hottest KFC sauce ever: 11 Spice Sauce.
There will also be a dish called The Zing Leader, served with coleslaw and Blazen’ Hot Sauce, and another fan-favourite: Wicked Wings with Extra Zing.
For dessert lovers, KFC has added a spicy twist to their classic mousse. Introducing the Zinger Chocolate Mousse, topped with a world-first spicy and sweet Zinger Sundae Sauce. It’s a dessert like no other.

Tickets and Availability
Tickets for The Colonel’s Spice House pop-up go on sale this week via Moshtix for $30 (plus a booking fee). Profits will support mental health initiatives through the KFC Youth Foundation, Black Dog Institute, and ReachOut Australia.
The Hot & Spicy range will also be available nationwide from October 1 to 28, so if you can’t make it to the pop-up, you’ll still have a chance to enjoy some of these spicy treats.
